Everything Bagel Oven Eggs
Ah, this toast—a flavor symphony that will make your taste buds sing. Smoky, delicate salmon, paired with the bitter bite of greens and the velvety richness of creamy cheese, all perched atop crispy, crunchy bread. To really amp up the decadence, you'll want to layer the ingredients generously, pushing down with a ramekin or using your fingers to ensure every inch of bread is covered in savory goodness. And here's where it gets really indulgent - two golden egg yolks, perfectly nestled on top to act as a built-in sauce that will ooze and meld with the other ingredients as it bakes. And the finishing touch? The crowning glory? A generous sprinkle of Everything Bagel Spice, lending a bright, savory depth to this already complex and delightful dish. Pop it all in the oven and wait for the magic to happen—those yolks will blister and bubble, creating a mouth-watering texture that perfectly complements the flavors below. One bite of this toast, and you'll feel like you're sitting in a cozy Parisian café, savoring every morsel of this decadent treat.
